- Domestic Data Entry Operator: 12th pass + Skill Certificate (Domestic Data Entry Operator)

- Complete Registration in IOCL Pipelines Portal: Apply at plapps.indianoilpipelines.in
- Fill details → Upload photo, signature & certificates.
- Use the same Email ID & Mobile No. in both NAPS/NATS & IOCL portal.
- Take a printout of the submitted application.
